- The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and materials as needed to prevent project delays.
5. Content and Materials
- The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, text, images, and other materials for the website needed.
- The Agency may request specific content and branding guidelines to ensure a smooth design and development process.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client will own the website’s final design and content.
- The Agency retains the right to use the website design and development as part of its portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Revisions and Changes
- The Client has the opportunity to request revisions and changes during the design process, within the limits specified in the project agreement.
- Significant changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the project if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement.
- Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Confidentiality
- Both the Agency and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.
10. Liability
- The Agency is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the website.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims arising from the website’s content or functionality.
11. Legal Compliance
- The Client is responsible for ensuring the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and privacy.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or claims arising from the project will be subject to mediation or legal proceedings as necessary.
