  • The Agency retains the right to use the website design and development as part of its portfolio and marketing materials.

  • The Client has the opportunity to request revisions and changes during the design process, within the limits specified in the project agreement.
  • Significant changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

8. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the project if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement.
  • Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

  • Both the Agency and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.

  • The Agency is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the website.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims arising from the website’s content or functionality.
